When does my order arrive?
We ship via Express Post Australia wide and the average delivery time is next business day in metro areas. In some cases, we may need to hold back an order due to public holidays or extreme weather conditions. If this is the case, you will be notified via email.
What happens when I’m not at home?
Because our treats are perishable, we recommend having someone available to receive your delivery. At their discretion, Australia Post drivers may choose to either leave your parcel in a safe location or send it to your local Post Office for collection.
Kindly note: parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect will be disposed of, as we cannot reship perishable items.
